Our Claims Manager follows a quality standard operating procedure for handling each claim and documents all correspondence regarding each claim. • Star Parking Systems management requires all Star Parking Systems employees to report any incident to their Star Parking Systems Manager immediately.
• Once notified, the Star Parking Systems Manager will notify their Star Parking Systems’ Claims Manager.
• Star Parking Systems’ Claims Manager will contact the owner/guest after the claim is filed in a timely manner.
